Roaster Pig at Rathbun's


This 65 pound North Georgia Pig was brined in Thai spices for 3 days. Cooked for the Paulee de Joe, it was roasted in the China Box under a bed of hot coals. It took about 5 hours to cook. George, Chris and the rest of the kitchen put it together and served it with Savoy Cabbage Wraps and peanut dipping sauce. It was consumed within 30 minutes

Let Kevin Rathbun Cook your Easter Dinner


For the second year, For your Easter celebration, Kevin Rathbun Steak will be offering (for Easter) a fully cooked, boneless leg of lamb . Smoked to perfection on Chef Kevin's Brinkmann Grill, the lamb will be wrapped and ready for a quick reheat prior to serving. The size is a 4-6 lbs leg of lamb. Cost is $69.00 per order, which servers 6-8 people.

The hen of the woods mushroom is being served with the Kefalotiti Cheese Tart and a Tempranillo-lavendar reduction
