Hen of the woods - Oregon - Abalone - Oregon - Black Trumpet Royal - Oregon
You can taste them in the specials that we are having tonight.
The hen of the woods mushroom is being served with the Kefalotiti Cheese Tart and a Tempranillo-lavendar reduction
The trumpet royal mushrooms are being served with the Field Greens, along with Pecorino, grapes & chive- black pepper vinaigrette
The black trumpet mushrooms are being served with the entree of Georgia Bank Scallops and shallots, lemon-thyme pan butter
