Lamb Meatballs at The Farm to Table Cooking Class


Here is one of the passed appetizers that was created for the Farm to Table cooking class at Rathbun's. Venison Coriander Meatballs with Corn Butter was a highlight of the class.

This past Sunday, we had or first farm to table cooking class. We filled it up with 16 energetic aspiring chefs with plenty of energy to light the kitchen.
This is one of the passed appetizers that was created by one of the teams. It is a Goat Cheese Filled Squash Blossom that was delivered that morning from the farms.

Krog Bar is Turning Four and We are Having a Party

On Saturday, October 10th 2009, Krog Bar will celebrate its 4th birthday
bash with wine, pig & paella. The celebration will be at Krog Bar
and begin at 6:00 pm and will continue until 11:00 pm. Cost for the party is
$20.00 per person inclusive of tax and gratuity. The price includes one glass of
wine, paella and pig. Additional wine can be
purchased separately.

Guests can purchase tickets here or at Krog Bar on the evening of the birthday party.

To save time, you can purchase your ticket from here. Once
paid, you will be emailed a receipt. You will need to bring in your paid
receipt and also your ID. You will check in with the person at the front
door and will be given your tickets for the food and beverage.
