Here are some new food items that we are now serving at Rathbun's. Foods of the season:
Squash Blossoms: stuffed with herbed goat cheese and shallow fried.
North Georgia Trout served with sugar snaps and a ponzu hollandaise.

On Sunday, June 7th, 2009, Rathbun’s and Kevin Rathbun Steak will celebrate their five year and two year birthdays (respectively) with a Barbecue and Blues Party.
