Farm to Table Cooking Class

This past Sunday, we had or first farm to table cooking class. We filled it up with 16 energetic aspiring chefs with plenty of energy to light the kitchen.

This is one of the passed appetizers that was created by one of the teams. It is a Goat Cheese Filled Squash Blossom that was delivered that morning from the farms.

New foods at Rathbun's

Here are some new food items that we are now serving at Rathbun's. Foods of the season:
Squash Blossoms: stuffed with herbed goat cheese and shallow fried.

North Georgia Trout served with sugar snaps and a ponzu hollandaise.

And we are now seeing the first peaches of the season.
